The Sandstone Visitor Centre and Heritage Museum is located on the corner of Hack Street and Oroya Street
CLOSED FOR THE SEASON - OPENS AGAIN AROUND APRIL 2027
They have various brochures and local information for you to look through plus books and souvenirs for sale. The Visitor Centre also houses the Heritage Museum with photos and items from sandstones gold rush beginning, pastoral industry and everyday life in the early 1900s.
