2025 WILDFLOWERS
Wildflowers are out and about for those hunting for the pop of colour in the red dirt.
We have been told that the pictured everlasting fields can be seen on the Paynes Find to Sandstone Road (about 50km from the South end and another patch about 70kms from the North End. If you are driving that route keep an eye out as it was mentioned some patches were hidden slightly behind the trees. The quiet road is great to stop along and spend some time getting the perfect shot.
Please note this is a gravel road - drive to conditions.
The other images were taken in the bush surrounding the Sandstone town. You may need to travel a few short tracks or go for a walk in areas that collect rain to see the best spots. The hunt is half the fun!
